Delivery Areas & Charges

We deliver to most areas of Melbourne. Delivery charges will be specified at checkout.

Delivery Times

Deliveries aim to arrive before 5 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM. Deliveries generally occur between 1:30 PM and 5 PM unless otherwise arranged.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless arranged for an additional fee.

During peak occasions such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, or due to unforeseen traffic or weather conditions, deliveries may be later than usual.
Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery to remote or restricted areas may be limited or unavailable.
Recipient Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive your flowers at the delivery address.

If no one is available, we will leave the flowers in a safe location or with building reception if possible.

If this is not feasible, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional fee.

If we cannot reach you, the flowers will be left in the safest available spot.
