Online Flower Delivery - Terms & Conditions

BOUQUET Melbourne Terms & Conditions for Online Orders

Thank you for choosing BOUQUET Melbourne. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to our online flower shop. For wedding and event orders, please refer to our separate Wedding Terms & Conditions, provided with your invoice.

Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 12pm (excluding public holidays).

  • No delivery on Sundays or public holidays, except for special occasions (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day).

  • Urgent delivery requests may incur additional fees and should be arranged by contacting us during business hours (9am to 3pm).

  • While we aim to meet preferred delivery times, specific times cannot be guaranteed.

Special Delivery Instructions

  • We will do our best to accommodate special instructions, but this may not always be possible.

  • For funeral deliveries, please contact us in advance to ensure appropriate arrangements.

  • For hospital deliveries, please provide detailed information (department, room number). Once delivered to hospital staff, BOUQUET Melbourne cannot be held responsible for the flowers.

Recipient Absence & Incorrect Address

  • If no one is available to receive the flowers, they will be left in the safest available spot or with reception where possible.

  • Accurate delivery information is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.

  • Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

Product Substitution & Flower Quality

  • Flower varieties and colours may be substituted based on seasonal availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.

  • Flowers are perishable. With proper care, they typically last 4 to 7 days. We recommend trimming stems, using fresh water, and avoiding direct sunlight, drafts, and air-conditioning.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

  • Once an order is confirmed and flowers have been purchased or prepared, cancellations are not possible.

  • If you have concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us promptly via our Contact Us page.

Weather & Unforeseen Events

  • BOUQUET Melbourne is not responsible for delivery delays caused by extreme weather, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order-related communication.

  • All website content is the property of BOUQUET Melbourne and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • BOUQUET Melbourne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
